Labyris Tie Pin

$65.00

Let your axe work both ways, that’s how you will shine in the Labyrinthos!

Fascinated by the Ancient City of Labraunda, we dedicate this piece to the team of archeologists led by Olivier C. Henry, who are presently working at the excavation site; to the true artists of time.

This Labyris – Double Axe Pin comes in pink bronze with a sturdy and handmade silver pin locket at the bottom.

Exceptionally crafted, this tie pin will find its place on your favourite scarves, your wool and embroidered vests, loose knitted sweaters & dresses, denim jackets or even on your everyday purse. A safety locket at the bottom is provided with the pin.

Material & Technique: Hand cast pink bronze, in ancient lost-wax technique. Length of the pin is 6 cm.

Care: Bronze can be oxidized exposed to salt and acidic substances, do not swim with it. If discoloration occurs the best tip here is that place the pin in a pan 1/3 filled with hot water and soft dish detergent for a couple of minutes and brush it with a soft brush, then rinse it thoroughly and dry it with soft tissue. Your shine should be back!
